     Archibald Maudslay is the son of Athol Edward Maudslay and Kate Golder Lucas Lucas.¹

     Sir Arthur Charles Lucas, 2nd Bt. was born on 22 May 1853.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Lucas, 1st Bt. and Mary Amelia Chamberlain.² He married Agnes Jamieson, daughter of George Jamieson, on 8 November 1876.¹ He died on 14 June 1915 at age 62, without issue.¹
     Sir Arthur Charles Lucas, 2nd Bt. gained the rank of Major in the service of the Engineering and Railway Staff Corps, Royal Engineers.¹ He lived Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Suffolk.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.¹ He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Lucas, of Ashtead Park, co. Surrey [U.K., 1887] on 6 March 1902.¹

     
     George Jamieson lived at South Kensington, London, England.¹

     Agnes Jamieson was the daughter of George Jamieson.² She married Sir Arthur Charles Lucas, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Lucas, 1st Bt. and Mary Amelia Chamberlain, on 8 November 1876.¹ She died on 17 August 1914.¹
     From 8 November 1876, her married name became Lucas.

     Sir Edward Lingard Lucas, 3rd Bt. was born on 15 February 1860.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Lucas, 1st Bt. and Mary Amelia Chamberlain.² He married, thirdly, Delia Dorothy O'Sullivan, daughter of Daniel John O'Sullivan.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Helen Chance, daughter of Henry Chance, on 16 January 1886.¹ He married, secondly, Anna Maria del Carmen O'Shea, daughter of Captain William Henry O'Shea, in 1915.¹ He died on 3 August 1936 at age 76.¹
     Sir Edward Lingard Lucas, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Lucas, of Ashtead Park, co. Surrey [U.K., 1887] on 14 June 1915.¹

     Mary Helen Chance was the daughter of Henry Chance.² She married Sir Edward Lingard Lucas, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Lucas, 1st Bt. and Mary Amelia Chamberlain, on 16 January 1886.¹ She died on 24 April 1915.¹
     Leamington.¹ Warwicks.¹ She lived Thornbridge.¹ Her married name became Lucas. She was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).¹

     Thomas Farquhar Lucas was born on 25 November 1886.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Lingard Lucas, 3rd Bt. and Mary Helen Chance.²
     Thomas Farquhar Lucas was Lieutenant 10th Battalion Royal Warwicks Regiment and RFC.¹ On 16 June 1917 killed in action.¹

     Sir Jocelyn Morton Lucas, 4th Bt. was born on 27 August 1889.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Lingard Lucas, 3rd Bt. and Mary Helen Chance.² He married Edith Cameron, daughter of Reverend Very David Barrie Cameron, on 20 December 1933.¹ He died on 2 May 1980 at age 90.¹
     Sir Jocelyn Morton Lucas, 4th Bt. was Military Cross (M.C.).¹ He was educated Eton and RMC Sandhurst.¹ He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Lucas, of Ashtead Park, co. Surrey [U.K., 1887] on 3 August 1936.¹ He was Major 4th Battalion Royal Warwicks Regiment WWI (wounded, prisoner), Aide-de-Camp to Lieutenant-General Sir S Lawford, KCB, served NFS (twice wounded in air raids), Member of Parliament (M.P.) Portsmouth S 1936–66, vice-chairman (chm Hospitality C in 1938.¹ He was Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1959.¹ On 20 October 1960 married 2nd Thelma Grace (died 23 Jan 1974), only daughter of Harold Denison Arbuthnot (see ARBUTHNOT, Bt, of Kittybrewster) and formerly wife of Somerset Struben De Chair.¹
