     Captain Philip Sidney was baptised on 20 February 1778.1 He was the son of Sir Bysshe Shelley, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Jane Perry.1 He died in August 1799 at age 21, unmarried.1
     Captain Philip Sidney was baptised with the name of Philip Shelley.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 4th Foot.1 On 10 April 1799 his name was legally changed to Philip Sidney by Royal Licence.1

     Lady Anne Henrietta Dalrymple was the daughter of John Hamilton Dalrymple, 10th Earl of Stair and Louisa Jane Henrietta Emily de Franquetot.1,2 She married Maj.-Gen. William Vesey Brownlow, son of William Brownlow and Charlotte Browne, on 19 November 1881.1 She died on 18 February 1898.1
     From 19 November 1881, her married name became Brownlow.1
