Richard Harvey Townsend was born on 23 February 1854.1 He was the son of John Handcock Townsend and Katherine Emma Tower.2 He died on 30 August 1899 at age 45.1

William Tower Townsend was born on 26 August 1855.1 He was the son of John Handcock Townsend and Katherine Emma Tower.2 He married Hon. Geraline Emily Curzon, daughter of Alfred Nathaniel Holden Curzon, 4th Baron Scarsdale and Blanche Senhouse, on 28 February 1901.1 He died on 6 February 1943 at age 87.1
