George Harrison Reade was born in 1762.1 He was the son of George Reade and Naomi Harrison.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Rogers, daughter of Joseph Rogers.1 He married, secondly, Eliza Frances Annesley, daughter of Richard Annesley, in 1802.1 He died on 28 October 1833.1
George Harrison Reade gained the rank of Ensign in the service of the 81st Highlanders.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fethard, County Wexford between 1798 and 1800.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to General Johnstone.1 He held the office of Mayor of Wexford.1 He was Port Surveyor of Wexford.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Spring Hill, County Wexford, Ireland.1
