     Reverend Frederick Blackett de Chair was born on 11 February 1838.3 He was the son of Reverend Frederick de Chair.2 He married Charlotte Elizabeth Cooper, daughter of Reverend Charles Beauchamp Cooper and Harriet Harvey, on 23 April 1863.1 He died on 23 October 1932 at age 94.3
     Reverend Frederick Blackett de Chair held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1

Sir Astley Cooper, 1st Bt. 2
     Sir Astley Paston Cooper, 1st Bt. was born on 23 August 1768.1 He was the son of Reverend Samuel Cooper and Maria Bransby.3 He married, firstly, Anne Cocks, daughter of T. Cocks, on 12 December 1791.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Jones, daughter of J. Jones, on 5 July 1828.1 He died on 12 February 1841 at age 72, without issue.1
     Sir Astley Paston Cooper, 1st Bt. was a surgeon.1 He was created 1st Baronet Cooper, of Gadebridge, co. Herts [U.K.] on 31 August 1821, with a special remainder to his nephew, Astley Paston Cooper.1
