     Christopher Plunkett, 5th Lord Dunsany was the son of Robert Plunkett, 4th Lord Dunsany and Eleanor Darcy.2 He married Elizabeth Barnewall, daughter of Sir Christopher Barnewall and Catherine Fleming.3 He died between 29 May 1564 and 28 August 1565.3
     Christopher Plunkett, 5th Lord Dunsany succeeded to the title of 5th Lord Dunsany [I., c. 1462] on 31 March 1559.3

     Frances Fortescue is the daughter of Sir Adrian Fortescue.1 She married Thomas Fitzgerald, 10th Earl of Kildare, son of Gerald FitzGerald, 9th Earl of Kildare and Elizabeth Zouche, before December 1529.1
     From before December 1529, her married name became Fitzgerald.1 As a result of her marriage, Frances Fortescue was styled as Countess of Kildare on 13 December 1534.
