     Hervey Lodge de Montmorency was born on 15 July 1854.1 He was the son of James Lodge Morres and Susan Kiddell.2 He married Elizabeth Nicolls Fletcher, daughter of Captain Archibald Douglas William Fletcher, on 2 June 1886.1 He died on 30 March 1899 at age 44, drowned.1

     Sir Hervey Angus de Montmorency, 16th Bt. was born on 27 September 1888.1 He was the son of Hervey Lodge de Montmorency and Elizabeth Nicolls Fletcher.2 He married Eleanor Katharine Nicolls, daughter of Reverend Edward Richard Heffreys Nicolls, on 20 August 1918.1 He died on 14 October 1959 at age 71, without issue.1
     Sir Hervey Angus de Montmorency, 16th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Angus.1 He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.1 He was with the Ministry of Health between 1919 and 1944.1 He was Secretary of the University Grants Committee between 1944 and 1951.1 He succeeded to the title of 16th Baronet Morres, of Knockagh, co. Tipperary [I., 1631] on 15 October 1951.1

     Sir Miles Fletcher de Montmorency, 17th Bt. was born on 3 March 1893.1 He was the son of Hervey Lodge de Montmorency and Elizabeth Nicolls Fletcher.2 He married Rachel Marion Tancock, daughter of Reverend Charles Coverdale Tancock, on 5 August 1931.1 He died on 22 December 1963 at age 70, without issue.1
     Sir Miles Fletcher de Montmorency, 17th Bt. was educated at Dover College, Dover, Kent, England.1 He fought in the First World War.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Acting Captain in the service of the Kent Cyclist Battalion, Territorial Forces.1 He was an artist.1 He was registered as a Member, Royal Society of British Artists.1 He was he painted portraits for National War Records between 1940 and 1941.1 He wrote the book A Short History of Painting in England, published 1943.1 He was Honorary Librarian of the Royal Society of British Artists in 1947.1 He succeeded to the title of 17th Baronet Morres, of Knockagh, co. Tipperary [I., 1631] on 14 October 1959.1
