Nugent Gerald Ward Comyn was born on 3 September 1916.1 He is the son of Nicholas O'Connell Comyn and Mary Cecilia Hyacinth Mahony.2 He married Cynthia Mary Sahlstrom, daughter of H. O. Sahlstrom, on 2 May 1947.1
