     Ivor Herbert McClure was the son of Rev. Canon Edmund McClure.1 He married Beatrice Eliott-Drake Briscoe, daughter of Reverend Henry Meyrick Eliott-Drake Briscoe and Louisa Mary Robinson, on 21 February 1925.1 He and Beatrice Eliott-Drake Briscoe were divorced in 1950.1 He died on 25 April 1981.1
     He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) (and bar).1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).2 He lived at Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
