Ralph Henry Voltelin Cavendish was born on 27 March 1887.2 He was the son of Colonel Alfred Edward John Cavendish and Alice Isabella Van der Byl.2 He married Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby, daughter of Edward Ponsonby, 8th Earl of Bessborough and Blanche Vere Guest, on 4 February 1926.1 He died on 21 June 1968 at age 81.3

Windham Baring, son of Major Rt. Hon. Sir Evelyn Baring, 1st Earl of Cromer and Ethel Errington, on 10 July 1913.1 She married, secondly, Ralph Henry Voltelin Cavendish, son of Colonel Alfred Edward John Cavendish and Alice Isabella Van der Byl, on 4 February 1926.1 She died in 1984.2
From 10 July 1913, her married name became Baring. From 4 February 1926, her married name became Cavendish. She was decorated with the Order of Mercy.2 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent in 1942.2
