     Ephraim Sieff was born in 1863.2 He was the son of Khaim Ziv and Lea (?).3 He married Sarah Saffer on 24 July 1888.1 He died on 10 July 1936.2
     He was a merchant at Manchester, Lancashire, EnglandG.2

     Sarah Saffer married Ephraim Sieff, son of Khaim Ziv and Lea (?), on 24 July 1888.1 She died on 27 December 1953.2
     From 24 July 1888, her married name became Sieff.1

     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)2 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)2 He was founder of the Royal Court Theatre.3
