     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Westmeath in 1820.1 He lived at Clonearl, County Offaly, Ireland.1

     Eliza Georgina Loftus was the daughter of Dudley Loftus and Lady Jane Gore.1 She married, firstly, Colonel Thomas Lowther Allen before 1817.1 She married, secondly, William Henry Magan, son of Arthur Magan and Hannah Georgina Tilson, in 1817.1 She died on 11 September 1880.1
      From before 1817, her married name became Allen.1 From 1817, her married name became Magan.1

     William Henry Magan was born on 31 January 1819.1 He was the son of William Henry Magan and Eliza Georgina Loftus.1 He married Lady Georgiana Charlotte Keppel, daughter of William Charles Keppel, 4th Earl of Albemarle and Hon. Elizabeth Southwell, on 4 August 1849.1 He died in 1860, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 9th Lancers.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.).1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 4th Light Dragoons.1 He lived at Clonearl, County Offaly, Ireland.1
