     Major William Pitcairn Campbell was born circa 1825.1 He was the son of Reverend Augustus Campbell and Elizabeth Aspinall.1 He died on 22 March 1855 at Scutari, Turkey, from disease.1
     Major William Pitcairn Campbell fought in the Crimean War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 23rd Royal Welsh Fusiliers.1

     Harriet Humble was the daughter of Michael Humble.1 She married Reverend Edward Pitcairn Campbell, son of Reverend Augustus Campbell and Elizabeth Aspinall, on 28 April 1858 at Gwersyllt Park, Denbighshire, Wales.1 She died on 5 September 1924 at Christleton Hall, Chester, Cheshire, England.2
     From 28 April 1858, her married name became Campbell.1
