     John Richard Corballis was born in 1796.1 He was the son of Richard Corballis and Deborah Taylor.2 He married Jane Eleanor Martyn, daughter of Edward Martyn and Mary Browne, in 1828.1 He died in 1879.1
     He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.).1 He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.).1 He was decorated with the award of the Knight, Papal Order of the Golden Spur.1 He lived at Rosemount, Clonskeagh, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He lived at Galtrim and Dunmoe, County Meath, Ireland.1

     Mary Browne is the daughter of Andrew Browne.1 She married Edward Martyn, son of John Martyn and Mary Ann Lynch, in 1798.1
      From 1798, her married name became Martyn.1
