     Lt.-Col. Kenneth Bulstrode Lloyd Davidson was born on 7 December 1908.2 He was the son of Colonel Charles John Lloyd Davidson and Mary Natalie Cumberlege.2 He married Hon. Elizabeth Maud Younger, daughter of James Younger, 2nd Viscount Younger of Leckie and Maud Gilmour, on 31 March 1937.2 He died in 1992.3
     He was educated at Imperial Service College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.2 He was commissioned in 1928 with the rank of officer, in the service of the 2nd Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He retired from the military in 1950.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Derry in 1953.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Derry in 1954.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Derry in 1954.2 He was Commandant of the City of Derry Ulster Special Constabulary between 1968 and 1970.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1970 and 1971 in the Ulster Defence Regiment.2 He lived in 1976 at Foyle House, Eglinton, County Londonderry, IrelandG.2
