     Adela Neville Martin was born on 3 February 1847.1,2 She was the daughter of Venerable John Charles Martin.3 She married Edward Dobbs, son of Maj.-Gen. Richard Stewart Dobbs and Jane Margaret Cathcart, on 1 November 1881.1 She died on 23 October 1900 at age 53.4,2 She was buried at Redford Cemetery, Greystones, County Wicklow, Ireland.2
      From 1 November 1881, her married name became Dobbs.

     Colonel George Cadell Dobbs was born on 3 July 1849.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Richard Stewart Dobbs and Jane Margaret Cathcart.2 He married Sophia de Moleyns Moore, daughter of Reverend William Prior Moore, in 1878.1 He died on 24 January 1925 at age 75.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Indian Army.1 He was Commissary-General of the Bombay.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).1

     Cecil Moore Dobbs was born on 23 June 1882.1 He was the son of Colonel George Cadell Dobbs and Sophia de Moleyns Moore.2 He married Marion Watson Osborne, daughter of Reverend James Osborne, on 14 September 1909.1 He died on 5 July 1969 at age 87.1
     He was educated at St. Columba's College, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was Assistant Collector for the East Africa Protectorate in 1906.1 He was District Commissioner for the East Africa Protectorate in 1910.1 He was Senior Commissioner for the East Africa Protectorate in 1925.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1928.1 He was Acting Chief Native Commissioner for the East Africa Protectorate between 1928 and 1929.1 He was Province Commissioner of Nyanza Province, Kenya Colony between 1929 and 1931.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1931.1
