     Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns was born circa 1837.² She was the daughter of Paul-Philippe Panon des Bassyns and Valentine de Keatinge.² She married Thomas Henry Exshaw, son of John Exshaw and Corinne Guestier, on 13 August 1856.¹ She died on 27 December 1888.²
     She was Lady-in-Waiting to HIM Empress Eugenie of France.¹ From 13 August 1856, her married name became Exshaw.

     John Henry Exshaw was born on 18 May 1859.¹ He was the son of Thomas Henry Exshaw and Eglé de Richemont Panon des Bassyns.² He married Martha Marie Jacqueline de Lestapis on 18 June 1891.¹ He died on 13 August 1917 at age 58.¹
     He identified the body of the Prince Imperial in Zululand, and brought home his traps.¹ He was MFH The Arcachon.¹
