     Lt.-Col. Frederick Charles Phillips was the son of Frederick Philipse and Henrietta Maria Griffiths.2,3 He married Margaret Jane Palliser, daughter of John Palliser and Grace Barton, on 8 March 1826.1 He died in 1858.1
     He lived at Rhual, Flintshire, Wales.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 15th Hussars.1 He was also known as Frederick Philipse.2

     Wray Bury Palliser was born on 9 March 1831.1 He was the son of Reverend John Bury Palliser and Julia Phillida Howe.2 He married Maria Victoria Josephine Gubbins, daughter of Joseph Gubbins, in March 1861.1 He died on 4 April 1906 at age 75.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Waterford in 1883.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for County Waterford.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) of County Waterford.1 He lived at Annestown, County Waterford, IrelandG.1
