     Sir David Dundas, 1st Bt. was physician to King George III.1 He was created 1st Baronet Dundas, of Richmond [U.K.] on 22 May 1815.1

     Maj.-Gen. Sir James Fullerton Dundas, 3rd Bt. was born on 27 August 1786.1 He was the son of Sir David Dundas, 1st Bt. and Isabella Robertson.2 He died on 16 June 1848 at age 61, unmarried.1
     Maj.-Gen. Sir James Fullerton Dundas, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Dundas, of Richmond [U.K., 1815] in November 1840.1 He gained the rank of Major-General in the service of the Bengal Artillery.1
