     Margaret Higgins is the daughter of Reginald Francis Higgins.1 She married Sir Nicholas Allan Roy Wilson, son of Roderick Peter Garratt Wilson and Dorothy Anne Chenevix Trench, in 1974.1
     Margaret Higgins was admitted to Inner Temple in 1968 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.1 From 1974, her married name became Wilson.1
