She married Michael Salvator Erzherzog von Österreich, son of Hubert Salvator Erzherzog von Österreich and Rosemary Friederike Isabella Eleonore Henriette Antonia Prinzessin zu Salm-Salm, on 12 November 1992 at Kaiservilla, Bad Ischl, Austria, in a civil marriage. Eva Antonia and Michael Salvator were remarried in a religious ceremony on 21 November 1992.
     Her married name became von Habsburg.
