     Charles Towry Hamilton Towry-Law, 4th Baron Ellenborough was born on 21 April 1856.1 He was the son of Charles Edmund Towry-Law, 3rd Baron Ellenborough and Eleanor Cecil Wicklow.2 He died on 26 June 1902 at age 46, unmarried.1
