     Colonel Ernest Frederic Crosbie Trench was born on 6 August 1869.1 He was the son of George Frederic Trench and Frances Charlotte Crosbie.1 He married Netta Wilbraham Taylor, daughter of Herbert Wilbraham Taylor, on 3 April 1895.1 He died on 15 September 1960 at age 91.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was registered as a Member, Institution of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.).1 He held the office of President of the Institute of Civil Engineers.1 He was the Chief Engineer of LMS Railways.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Engineering and Railway Staff Corps, Royal Engineers.1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1920.1

     Netta Wilbraham Taylor was the daughter of Herbert Wilbraham Taylor.1 She married Colonel Ernest Frederic Crosbie Trench, son of George Frederic Trench and Frances Charlotte Crosbie, on 3 April 1895.1 She died on 9 May 1950.1
      From 3 April 1895, her married name became Trench.1

     He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the service of the 45 Squadron, Royal Air Force.1

     Dermot George Crosbie Trench was born on 3 January 1904.1 He was the son of Colonel Ernest Frederic Crosbie Trench and Netta Wilbraham Taylor.1 He married Nancy Muriel Smith, daughter of Dr. Stewart Arthur Smith, on 17 June 1938.1 He died in 1984.1
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was a chartered accountant.1

      From 17 June 1938, her married name became Trench.1 She lived in 1999 at El MiradorJavea, Alicante, Spain.1
