     Mary Vaughan is the daughter of Sir Henry Vaughan.2 She married, secondly, John Mansel, son of Sir Francis Mansel, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Stepney.1 She married, firstly, Charles Philips.2
     Her married name became Philips.2 Her married name became Mansel.

     Henry Mansel was the son of John Mansel and Mary Vaughan.2 He married Frances Stepney, daughter of Sir John Stepney, 3rd Bt. and Magdalen Jones.1 He died before 1683.1
     He lived at Stradey, Carmarthenshire, WalesG.1

     Sir John Stepney, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1618. He was the son of Sir John Stepney, 1st Bt. and Jane Mansel.2 He married Magdalen Jones, daughter of Sir Henry Jones, Bt..3 He died before 26 September 1676.
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Stepney, of Prendergast, co. Pembroke [E., 1625] in 1628.2

     Sir Edward Mansel, 1st Bt. was the son of Henry Mansel and Frances Stepney.2 He married Dorothy Vaughan, daughter of unknown Vaughan.1 He died on 19 February 1719/20.1
     He lived at Trimsaran, Carmarthenshire, WalesG.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1683.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1689.2 He was created 1st Baronet Mansel, of Trimsaran, co. Carmarthen [England] on 22 February 1696/97.1 He had ten other children.1

     Sir Edward Mansel, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Edward Mansel, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Vaughan.2 He married, firstly, Anne Price, daughter of Thomas Price.1 He married, secondly, Mary (?) on 3 November 1740 at Hereford, Herefordshire, England.2,3 He died on 4 November 1754.1 He was also reported to have died on 10 May 1754.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Mansel, of Trimsaran, co. Carmarthen [E., 1697] on 19 February 1719/20.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Carmarthenshire from 1728 to 1729.1
