     Sir William Mansel, 10th Bt. was born on 29 April 1766.1 He was the son of Sir William Mansel, 9th Bt. and Mary Philipps.2 He married Elizabeth Bell, daughter of John Bell, in December 1790.1 He died in 1829.1
     Sir William Mansel, 10th Bt. succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Mansel, of Muddlescombe, co. Carmarthen [E., 1622] in January 1804.1
