Isita Clare Mansel was born on 8 April 1907.1 He was the son of Algernon Lascelles Mansel and Isita Rodger Wilson.2 He died on 27 July 1986 at age 79.1
Isita Clare Mansel gained the rank of Group Officer in the service of the Women's Auxiliary Air Force.1 He fought in the Second World War, where she was mentioned in despatches.3 He held the office of Member of the St. Pancras Borough Council between 1949 and 1965.1 He held the office of Member of the London County Council between 1955 and 1958.3 He held the office of Alderman of London between 1961 and 1965.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1964.1 He held the office of Member of the Greater London Council in 1967.3
