     Frank le Quesne Pelly was born on 2 March 1880.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Henry Pelly and Katherine Harvey.2 He married Jessie Letitia Goodchild, daughter of Dr. Nathaniel Goodchild, on 15 June 1910.1
     Frank le Quesne Pelly was educated at St. Peter's School, Guildford, Surrey, England.1 He fought in the Boer War.1 He graduated from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, in 1903 with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.).1 He graduated from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, in 1903 with a Bachelor of Surgery (Ch.B.).1 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the service of the Royal Army Medical Corps.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     George Sinclair Pelly was born on 12 December 1885.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Henry Pelly and Katherine Harvey.2 He married Honora Isabel Boyd, daughter of Reverend F. C. Boyd, in 1912.1 He died on 28 October 1946 at age 60.1
     George Sinclair Pelly gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Bengal Nagpur Railway Battalion, Auxiliary Force India.1 He was Superintendent of Transportation (Traffic), Bengal Nagpur Railway.1
