     Reverend Charles Henry Pelly was born on 7 July 1844.1 He was the son of Charles Pelly and Julia Henrietta Dobbs.2 He married Katherine Harvey, daughter of Lt.-Col. Gardiner Harvey, in September 1867.1 He died on 30 March 1921 at age 76.1
     Reverend Charles Henry Pelly graduated from Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was a Chaplain at Madras, India.1 He was the Vicar between 1910 and 1912 at Barton-Hartshorn, Buckinghamshire, England.1
