     Francis Brian Pelly was born on 2 April 1889.1 He was the son of Rev. Canon Richard Arnold Pelly and Margaret Jane Buxton.2 He married Edith Beatrice Packe, daughter of Reverend William James Packe, on 3 June 1913.1 He died in 1984.1
