     General Sir Henry Augustus Smyth was born in 1825.1 He was the son of Admiral William Henry Smyth and Eliza Anne Warington.1 He died in 1906.1
     General Sir Henry Augustus Smyth fought in the Zulu Wars in 1887.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He held the office of Governor of the Cape Colony in 1889.1 He held the office of Governor of Malta in 1890.1

     Henry Toynbee was a merchant captain.1 He was a meteorologist.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Astronomical Society (F.R.A.S.).1 He was Marine Superintendent of the Metereological Office between 1867 and 1888.1
