     Martin William Browne ffolkes was born on 16 January 1819.1 He was the son of Sir William John Henry Browne ffolkes, 2nd Bt. and Charlotte Philippa Browne.2 He married Henrietta Bridget Wale, daughter of General Sir Charles Wale, on 30 March 1843.1 He died on 12 July 1849 at age 30.1
     He lived at Congham Lodge, Norfolk, England.1
