     Mark Somerville was born circa 1737.2 He was the son of George Somerville and Elizabeth Hickes.1,2 He died on 11 September 1758, killed in action while bringing off troops from St. Cas, without issue.1,2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1

     Louisa Sherard was the daughter of Reverend Castel Sherard.1 She married General Sir Charles Wale, son of Thomas Wale and Louisa Rudolphina Prediger Raften, in 1793.1 She died in 1806 at Shelford, Cambridgeshire, England.1
     From 1793, her married name became Wale.1
