     Cecil Ralph Timothy Edwards was the son of Herbert Cecil Ralph Edwards and Grace Marjorie Brooke.1,2 He married Brenda Mary Gibbs, daughter of Joseph Francis Vaughan Gibbs and Hon. Dorothy Annesley, on 12 January 1957.1 He died on 30 August 1996.3
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Welsh Guards (Reserve).1
