     de Courcy Pitcairn Dashwood was born in 1843 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was the son of Commander John de Courcy Dashwood and Henrietta Willoughby Barrett.1 He married Jane Whitling Hope, daughter of General Sir James Archibald Hope and Christiana Elizabeth (?), on 18 October 1866 at St. Luke's Church, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He died in 1895.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Monmouth Militia.1

     Thomas Foley was born in 1670.2 He was the son of Paul Foley and Mary Lane.3 He married Anne Knightley, daughter of Essex Knightley.1 He died on 10 December 1737.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford between 1700 and 1722.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stratford between 1722 and 1727.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stratford between 1734 and 1737.1 He lived at Stoke Edith, Herefordshire, England.1 He also had two daughters.1
