     Thomas Foley, 1st Baron Foley of Kidderminster was born on 8 August 1716.2 He was the son of Thomas Foley and Hester Andrews.1 He married Hon. Grace Granville, daughter of George Granville, Baron Lansdown of Biddeford and Lady Mary Villiers, on 28 March 1740.3 He died on 18 November 1777 at age 61.3
     He was created 1st Baron Foley of Kidderminster, co. Worcester [Great Britain] on 20 May 1776.3
