     Theodosia Harriett Elizabeth Vyner was born in 1834.2 She was the daughter of Henry Vyner and Lady Mary Gertrude Weddell.2 She married Charles Douglas-Compton, 3rd Marquess of Northampton, son of Spencer Joshua Alwyne Compton, 2nd Marquess of Northampton and Margaret Douglas-Maclean-Clephane, on 5 July 1859.1 She died on 18 November 1864, without issue.3
     After her marriage, Theodosia Harriett Elizabeth Vyner was styled as Marchioness of Northampton on 5 July 1859. From 5 July 1859, her married name became Douglas-Compton.1
