Rev. Hon. Miles John Stapleton was born on 21 March 1801.2 He was the son of Thomas Stapleton, 12th Lord le Despenser and Elizabeth Eliot.2 He married Anne Byam Kerby, daughter of Thomas Norbury Kerby, on 29 December 1820.2 He died on 11 June 1830 at age 29.2

Anne Byam Kerby was the daughter of Thomas Norbury Kerby.1 She married Rev. Hon. Miles John Stapleton, son of Thomas Stapleton, 12th Lord le Despenser and Elizabeth Eliot, on 29 December 1820.1 She died on 14 January 1842.

Henry Maxwell, 7th Baron Farnham was born on 9 August 1799.2 He was the son of Reverend Henry Maxwell, 6th Baron Farnham and Lady Anne Butler.2 He married Hon. Anna Frances Esther Stapleton, daughter of Thomas Stapleton, 12th Lord le Despenser and Elizabeth Eliot, on 3 December 1828.1 He died on 20 August 1868 at age 69 at Abergele, Wales, killed in a railway accident on the L&NWR, along with his wife.2
He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for County Cavan between 1824 and 1838.2 He was a genealogist specialising in royal descents and armorial quarterings.2 He succeeded to the title of 7th Baron Farnham, of Farnham, co. Cavan [I., 1756] on 19 October 1838.2 He held the office of Representative Peer [Ireland] between 1839 and 1868.2 He was invested as a Knight, Order of St. Patrick (K.P.) in 1845.2
