     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Battle of Jutland on 31 May 1916.1

Dulcie Editha Bailey was born on 23 November 1896.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Henry Russell Bailey, 2nd Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park and Editha Elma Sergison.2 She married Alaistair Robertson Cooper, son of Sir George Alexander Cooper, 1st Bt., on 12 October 1922.1 She died on 16 April 1957 at age 60.1
     From 12 October 1922, her married name became Cooper. She was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)1

     Alaistair Robertson Cooper was the son of Sir George Alexander Cooper, 1st Bt.2 He married Hon. Dulcie Editha Bailey, daughter of Joseph Henry Russell Bailey, 2nd Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park and Editha Elma Sergison, on 12 October 1922.1 He died on 26 October 1951.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Scots Guards.1

     He fought in the India Frontier Expedition in 1897.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Welsh Horse Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 11th Hussars Reserve Officers.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Breconshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Breconshire.1

     He gained the rank of Captain in the East African Mounted Rifles.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901.1 He fought in the First World War, in British East Africa.1
