Joseph Henry Russell Bailey, 2nd Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park was born on 26 October 1864.1 He was the son of Joseph Russell Bailey, 1st Baron Glanusk of Glanusk Park and Mary Ann Lucas.1,2 He married Editha Elma Sergison, daughter of Major Warden Sergison and Emilia Gordon-Cumming, on 6 August 1890.1 He died on 11 January 1928 at age 63.1
