     Katherine Eliza Thompson was the daughter of Charles Thompson.1 She married Hon. Sir Frederick Low, son of Stephen Philpot Low and Hannah Austin, on 28 June 1882.1 She died on 4 November 1953.1
     From 28 June 1882, her married name became Low.1

     Sir Stephen Philpot Low was born on 17 September 1883.1 He was the son of Hon. Sir Frederick Low and Katherine Eliza Thompson.1 He married Bertie Faith Crosse, daughter of R. Crosse, on 8 December 1906.1 He died on 25 October 1955 at age 72.1
     Sir Stephen Philpot Low was admitted to Middle Temple in 1906 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He was in the Ministry of Labour, solicitor's department in 1920.1 He was Assistant Solictor for the Ministry of Labour between 1925 and 1933.1 He was Solicitor for the Board of Trade between 1934 and 1948.1 He was invested as a Knight in 1938.1 He was Solicitor for the Ministry of Fuel and Power between 1942 and 1948.1 He was educated at 26 Pembridge Gardens, London, England.1
