     Hon. Sir Frederick Low was born on 21 November 1856.1 He was the son of Stephen Philpot Low and Hannah Austin.1 He married Katherine Eliza Thompson, daughter of Charles Thompson, on 28 June 1882.1 He died on 4 September 1917 at age 60.1
     Hon. Sir Frederick Low was admitted to Middle Temple in 1890 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He was invested as a King's Counsel (K.C.) in 1902.1 He held the office of Recorder of Ipswich in 1906.1 He was invested as a Knight in 1909.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norwich between 1910 and 1915.1 He held the office of High Court Judge of the King's Bench in 1915.1 He lived at 51 Sloane Square, London, England.1
