     Margaret Henderson is the daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith.² She married, secondly, Peter Hay of Maughton.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Henry Wardlaw of Pitreavie, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Henry Wardlaw of Pitreavie, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Beaton, on 9 June 1653.¹
      Her married name became Hay.¹ From 9 June 1653, her married name became Wardlaw.

     Sir Henry Wardlaw of Pitreavie, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Henry Wardlaw of Pitreavie, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Beaton.² He married Margaret Henderson, daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith, on 9 June 1653.¹ He died before 16 May 1654, without issue.³
     He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Wardlaw.¹

     Elizabeth Henderson is the daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith.² She married, firstly, Alexander Mercer of Kinnaird on 9 May 1656.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Robert Cunningham, Bt. on 14 May 1660.¹ She married, thirdly, Sir William Denholme of Westshield on 7 July 1679.¹
      From 9 May 1656, her married name became Mercer. From 14 May 1660, her married name became Cunningham.¹ From 7 July 1679, her married name became Denholme.¹

     Alexander Mercer of Kinnaird married Elizabeth Henderson, daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith, on 9 May 1656.¹

     Bethia Henderson is the daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith.² She married, secondly, Alexander Hamilton, 2nd of Dalzell, son of James Hamilton, 1st of Dalzell and Beatrice Fleming.³ She married, firstly, John Robertson on 5 March 1662.¹
      Her married name became Hamilton. From 5 March 1662, her married name became Robertson.¹

     Dorothea Davidson married Brigadier W. H. H. Aitken.¹
      Her married name became Aitken.¹

     John Robertson married Bethia Henderson, daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith, on 5 March 1662.¹

     Anna Henderson is the daughter of Sir John Henderson, 5th of Fordell and Margaret Menteith.² She married, secondly, Walter Denholme, son of Walter Denholme of Westshield.¹ She married, firstly, Hon. Archibald Stuart, son of James Stuart, 4th Earl of Moray and Lady Margaret Home, in 1669.¹
