     Sir Nicholas Tempest, 6th Bt. was born circa 1664.1 He was the son of Thomas Tempest and Jane Metham.2 He married Anne Price.1 He died on 31 May 1742, without issue.1
     He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Tempest, of Stella, co. Durham [E., 1622] in 1698.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.3
