     Lt.-Col. Hon. Claud Maitland Patrick Brabazon was born on 16 July 1874.2 He is the son of Reginald Brabazon, 12th Earl of Meath and Lady Mary Jane Maitland.2 He married Kathleen Maitland, daughter of Arthur Maitland, on 22 February 1915.2 He died on 14 May 1959 at age 84.2
     He was educated at Wellington College, Wellington, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He fought in the Boer War in 1902.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Irish Guards.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Air Force.2 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.1

Claud Maitland Patrick Brabazon and Kathleen Maitland.3,2 She married Gilbert Stanley Hodson, son of Richard Edmond Hodson and Margaret Pemberton, on 29 June 1948.1 She died on 2 January 1995 at age 77.1
     She graduated from London University, London, England, in 1939 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).2 She gained the rank of 1st Officer in the service of the Womens Royal Naval Service, during the Second World War.2 From 29 June 1948, her married name became Hodson.
