Major John Eric Henry Rollo, 12th Lord Rollo of Duncrub was born on 8 January 1889. He was the son of Hon. Eric Norman Rollo and Constance Maud Hohler. He married, firstly, Helen Maud Chetwynd-Stapylton, daughter of Frederick Chetwynd-Stapylton and Maud Morrison, on 15 February 1915.1 He married, secondly, Phyllis Carina Sanderson, daughter of Bernard Sanderson, on 24 March 1930. He and Phyllis Carina Sanderson were divorced in 1936. He married, thirdly, Lily Marie Seiflow, daughter of Max Seilflow, on 3 June 1937. He died on 3 September 1947 at age 58.
