     Susanna Elizabeth Sophia Grover was born on 11 September 1835.1 She was the daughter of Charles Ehret Grover and Susanna Chaplyn.1 She married, firstly, William Herbert Solly on 20 October 1858 at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England.1 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Augustus Becher Marsack on 28 August 1866 at St. James's Church, Piccadilly, London, England.1 She died on 28 October 1911 at age 76.1
      From 20 October 1858, her married name became Solly.1 From 28 August 1866, her married name became Marsack.1

     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Madras Staff Corps.1 He retired from the military in 1884, with the rank of Major-General.1

     George Edward Grover was born on 2 June 1840.1 He was the son of Charles Ehret Grover and Susanna Chaplyn.1 He married Elizabeth Anne Wormald, daughter of Thomas Wormald, on 19 December 1866 at St. James's Church, Picadilly, London, England.1 He died on 29 January 1893 at age 52 at Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A..1
     He was educated at Kensington Proprietary School, Kensington, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 21 December 1858 in the service of the Royal Engineers.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain on 3 August 1872.1 He was invested as a Ffellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.).1 He was Deputy Assistant Quartermaster-General of the Horse Guards on 13 October 1877.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.).1 He gained the rank of Major on 3 November 1879.1 He was Superintending Engineer Admiralty Works on 20 September 1882 at Portsmouth, Hampshire, England.1 He fought in the Sudan Campaign in 1885, as DAA and QMG, Head of Intelligence Department.1
