     Llewellyn Jones Llewellyn was born circa 1870.1 He was the son of Surgn.-Maj. Morris Jones.1 He married Hon. Avis Millicent Blennerhassett Allanson-Winn, daughter of Charles Mark Allanson-Winn, 4th Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe and Elizabeth Houssemayne Blennerhassett, on 29 April 1911.2 He died on 19 April 1934.
     He was given the name of Richard Llewellyn Jones at birth. He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.) He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)1 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)2 In 1911 his name was legally changed to Richard Llewellyn Joes Llewellyn.1
