     Elizabeth Mary Majendie was the daughter of Lewis Majendie.2 She married Hon. George Mark Arthur Way Allanson-Winn, son of George Allanson-Winn, 1st Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe and Jane Blennerhassett, on 27 April 1807.1 She died on 18 April 1863.1
     From 27 April 1807, her married name became Allanson-Winn.

     Charles Allanson-Winn, 3rd Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe was born on 25 June 1810.1 He was the son of Hon. George Mark Arthur Way Allanson-Winn and Elizabeth Mary Majendie.2 He married Maria Margaret d'Arley, daughter of Major unknown d'Arley, on 29 June 1841.1 He died on 30 July 1877 at age 67.1
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Wynne, of Nostell, co. Yorks [E., 1660] on 9 April 1840.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe, co. Kerry [I., 1797] on 9 April 1840.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Winn, of Little Warley, co. Essex [G.B., 1776] on 9 April 1840.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Essex.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Ireland] in 1868.1

     Maria Margaret d'Arley was the daughter of Major unknown d'Arley.2 She married Charles Allanson-Winn, 3rd Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe, son of Hon. George Mark Arthur Way Allanson-Winn and Elizabeth Mary Majendie, on 29 June 1841.1 She died on 24 April 1894.1
     From 29 June 1841, her married name became Allanson-Winn.

     Charles Mark Allanson-Winn, 4th Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe was born on 4 December 1845.1 He was the son of Charles Allanson-Winn, 3rd Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe and Maria Margaret d'Arley.2 He married Elizabeth Houssemayne Blennerhassett, daughter of Reverend John Blennerhassett and Elizabeth Houssemayne Du Boulay, on 31 October 1867.3 He died on 13 January 1913 at age 67.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He was educated at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Headley, Baron Allanson and Winn of Aghadoe, co. Kerry [I., 1797] on 30 July 1877.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Wynne, of Nostell, co. Yorks [E., 1660] on 30 July 1877.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Winn, of Little Warley, co. Essex [G.B., 1776] on 30 July 1877.1 He was admitted to Captain, Honourable Artillery Company between 1881 and 1885.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Ireland] in 1883.1 In 1886 he was bankrupted.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Kerry.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.1
