Sir Ian Rorie Hay Stewart-Richardson, of Pitfour, 16th Bt. was born on 25 September 1904.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Austin Stewart-Richardson of Pitfour, 15th Bt. and Lady Constance Sutherland-Leveson-Gower.2 He married, firstly, Katherine Kelly Punchard, daughter of Ernest George Punchard, on 14 June 1940.1 He and Katherine Kelly Punchard were divorced in 1944.1 He married, secondly, Audrey Meryl Odlum, daughter of Claude Odlum, on 29 November 1944.1 He died on 16 June 1969 at age 64.1
