Ernst August Prinz zu Solms-Braunfels was born on 10 March 1892. He was the son of Hermann Prinz zu Solms-Braunfels and Elisabeth Prinzessin Reuss zu Schleiz. He married Elizabeth Caroline Adelaide Frederica Leopoldine Armgard zur Lippe-Biesterfeld, daughter of Julius Ernst Rudolf Friedrich Victor Prinz zur Lippe-Biesterfeld and Marie Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Strelitz, on 15 February 1939. He died on 24 July 1968 at age 76.

Sir Nicholas Audley, 3rd Lord Audley (of Heleigh) was born circa 1328.1 He was the son of James Audley, 2nd Lord Audley (of Heleigh) and Joan Mortimer.1 He and Elizabeth Beaumont obtained a marriage license circa 1331.1 He died on 22 July 1391, without issue.1
Sir Nicholas Audley, 3rd Lord Audley (of Heleigh) was also known as Nicholas Aldithley.1 He was invested as a Knight in 1352.1 In 1352 he sacked his father's Castle Heleigh.1 He fought in the campaign in France in 1359.1 He fought in the campaign in France in 1372.1 He held the office of Chief Justice of South Wales on 1 February 1381/82.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Audley, of Heleigh [E., 1313] on 1 April 1386, by writ.1
